Know Before You Go & FAQ
We’ve added new policies to make your visit even more engaging and safe.
- Masks are strongly recommended indoors.
- Access digital resources during your visit! Bring your headphones, and use our mobile museum guide (no download required) to access content, including family activities, free audio tours, visitor guides and maps, and more!
- Follow visitor policies and directions from The Broad’s staff.
- Bag check at The Broad is limited, so pack lightly for your visit! We encourage visitors to leave large bags at home whenever possible. - No food or beverages permitted inside the museum.
Have a question during your visit? You can talk to any Visitor Experience Team Member during your visit!
Here’s what else we’re doing to keep you and our staff safe:
- Hand sanitizer stations throughout the museum
- Increased cleaning of frequently touched surfaces
- UV light sterilizer for escalator handrails
- Increased cleaning of HVAC system and replacement of air filters to maximize air movement and filtration
- Touchless soap dispensers and automatic door openers for a contactless experience
We’re working hard to make The Broad a place for reflection, reconnection, and inspiration for our community. Verbally abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or threatening statements or behavior toward Broad staff and other visitors is prohibited. The Broad reserves the right to require visitors who do not follow our policies to leave the museum immediately.
