Know Before You Go & FAQ
Know Before You Go
- Have a question during your visit? You can talk to any Visitor Experience Team Member! Look for the people dressed in black with red lanyards who can help you with questions about your visit, the art, and more. We have team members who speak multiple languages, including Spanish, Italian, Amharic, Mandarin, and French—look for a pin on their lanyard indicating the languages they speak.
- Access digital resources during your visit! Bring your headphones and use our mobile museum guide (no download required) to access content, including family activities, free audio tours, visitor guides, maps, and more.
- Bag check at The Broad is limited, so pack lightly for your visit! We encourage visitors to leave large bags at home whenever possible. All backpacks must be worn on the front of your body during your visit to keep the artwork safe. Please remember to retrieve any checked items before you leave the museum.
- No food or beverages permitted inside the museum.
- To help make sure The Broad is a place for reflection and inspiration for all, please adhere to our visitor policies and be respectful of fellow visitors and our team.
